Basketball is a physical sport that promotes great full-body movement workouts and is a very team-dynamic sport. Playing this game with your friends teaches the greatest point of teamwork.

                                                                                     

This recreational sport comes with a three-on-three version wherein it uses only half of a basketball court and only three players on both teams are allowed to enter while the rest are substitutes.

The game that we played was a first to 21. Wherein whoever scores 21 points first wins. Or if the timer runs out. whoever has the highest score wins.

Basketball is truly a sport that helps with body exercise and recreation, as well as a lot of fun. Whether you are physically fit, have an illness, or may even have a disability, basketball three-on-three ensures that everyone can participate as it does not require you to do more physical work compared to a full-court game.

Kawasan Falls, Cebu

The Kawasan Fall in Cebu is a multi-layered waterfall found in Badian, Cebu. Known for its turquoise waters it is beautiful cooling crystal clear. And it will surely give you that refreshing feel. With its finest cascaded waters.

From its fair height of 40 meters, it has two cascades, wherein the first one is where most of the visitors stay to swim or just enjoy the natural water massage on the bamboo raft. The quieter second cascade is found above and has a 10-minute trek from the first.

Kawasan Falls is also called the endpoint of the canyoneering adventure. A very popular adventure activity. The tour begins from the Kanlaod River in the town of Alegria, and from there you will make your way to Kawasan. Swimming along the stream while going through natural rock walls, and jumping off the mini-waterfalls to complete the experience.

Along near Badian is the town of Moalboal, where you can have their famous sardine run experience, in which you can swim with the millions of sardines that are just offshore.

Kayangan Lake, Coron, Palawan

This place is one of the most iconic tourist destinations in the Philippines. Kayangan Lake located in Coron, Palawan has a utopian blue and green lagoon that is always gleaming on a bright and sunny day.

The Kayangan Lake tours will give you a glimpse of the lake along with the jagged limestone cliffs and islets that surround it. All of these are best seen from the hill with a 10-minute climb and thus will give you breathtaking landscapes to behold. However, this view cannot be seen by the actual Kayangan Lake but by the area in which tour boats park, and nonetheless, it is a sensational site indeed.

There is also the real gem that is hidden underneath the lake’s mirror waters in contrast to the amazing view above. Along with the undersea gem are vast of rock formations and schools of different fishes flourish, thus making it a very favorite spot to go snorkeling and free-diving for visitors.

The island is also a famous destination for island-hopping tours and diving in the numerous shipwreck sites found around, among the many other Coron adventures to try.

Banaue Rice Terraces, Ifugao

For over 2000 years, the Banaue Rice Terraces has been a hand-chiseled rice field in Banaue on Ifugao, North Luzon. It is one of the very well-known destinations and one of the most appealing places in the Philippines.

As you cruise through the roads of Banaue in a colorful jeepney, you are presented with a dramatic site of the mud-walled rice terraces, and leaves you with admiration.

The people of Ifugao were known for their highly skilled wood and mountainside carving. As well, the Banaue Rice Terraces was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Philippines. During the rice-growing seasons of April-May and October-November, the field offers people eye-catching views of emerald hues.

Thus, Banaue will very may have a pack of a lot of tourists as you head further towards the quieter Batad Rice Terraces and take a quick plunge at its mighty Tappiya waterfalls. You can also be able to have a seek at one of the most known cities nearby which is Baguio City or go on a fresh strawberry picking in La Trinidad, Benguet.

Bloom Into You: Open Up Yourself to Others

                                               

                                                                                              

In the letter, Michael talks about him being gay. He wrote this letter for his mama. He had not told his mother about this until now. Cause he needed a new atmosphere. Filled with new people who would accept him for who he was before he could tell his mama. And that he wrote this letter so that he could share this with his parents. And above all, as an act that he loves, he still loves them. And that he is thankful to be born in this world.

I feel like he has gone through so much. He had a hard time expressing who he was. But as he came to the city of San Francisco, he opened himself to the people. He no longer needs to hide the fact that he is homosexual. And that he was loved and accepted by them. He is free to live without being discriminated against. And be happy for who he is. 

That is why we keep our distance from them knowing the real us. Just like hiding behind a mask. Being a person who you aren't. And that person in the mask isn't the real you. Like being drowned in a sea. Finding a person who you can reach out and tell the truth to. But can't do so. It's suffocating to be like that. 

If I or anyone else for that matter were to help people like Michael. Be a person that can show him and anyone else that you don't have to hide the truth. Show them that they are accepted. And their loved ones no matter what. Cause we all are humans ourselves. and that we deserved to be loved. Thus for them to understand and love who they are. As well as other people. I would say that a person is like a flower bud. Being open with others starts with being open with yourself. 

To that person inside, I want to bloom into you. In other words, I want to open up to you. Michael, along with people like him is unsure if they can reach out to anyone. But they're not alone in this sea. Like me, people who accept them are there too. Reaching out with them together.

I have gone through things as well. And this question speaks to me too. Having a hard time in situations where I have been just like Michael. Keeping a secret about the truth about myself. Afraid to open up to others. Because of fear and the judgment of the people around them. It is scary and painful for us to think of what people might say. 

This social reality being expressed is the willingness to tell your parents the truth. Never lie about who you are. And expressing the inside of a person's heart. Telling people the truth about yourself indeed hurts. It's frightening honestly. But this is something that we all must do. Cause this helps others to know us better. This is not a lie. Cause there will still be people who will accept you for who you are. Just as Michael has done the same. And being able to live happily.

Family Day 2020

Ito ay isa sa mga bagay na hindi talaga kalimutan sa buhay. Noong Enero.26,2020, meron isang actibidad na tinatawag na Family Day. Ito ay naka sali ang lahat ng mga magulang kasama sa kalilang magulang para maging mas malakas ang relasyon natin.

               

Isa sa mga dito ay nagkaroon kami ng thanksgiving mass at pagkatapos meron kami gawa na sinulog halad. at marami din pa mga gawain para sa lahat. Pagkatops don, simula na din pag-kumain. marami at masarap din ang mga ito.

                           

Hindi talaga kami naglaro sa isa sa mga games pero masaya pa din na nandito kami kasama sa aking magulang. Si Ryutaro din ay masaya para mapunta dito kasama sa kanyang pamilya. At ito ay talaga dapat pinananatiling nasa sa loob ng ating mga puso. Dahil masaya talaga basta mag kasama at importante ang pamilya.

Sa panahon ng kamping ng CAT, nakaranas ako ng maraming bagay. mula sa simula ng isang maagang umaga, nakarating kami sa aming paaralan at handa na upang harapin ang 2 araw na kamping. Sinimulan namin ang pag-aayos sa aming mga bagay sa aming silid. Pagkatapos ng isang oras mayroon kaming isang pagsasalita mula hindi iba si ms.A habang ibinahagi niya ang kanyang sariling kahulugan sa salitang kampo. Pati na rin ang pagbabahagi ng kanyang mga karanasan.

      Matapos ang kanyang mga komento, nagsimula kami sa isang mahirap na hamon sa paghahanap ng aming naka-sign na kulay na bandana at bandila ng aming koponan. Tumagal ng ilang oras upang mahanap namin mga ito. Sobra ang pinagpawisan ko. Ngunit ang matigas na araw ay hindi titigil doon. Kailangan din naming magluluto ng aming tanghalian, na gumugol sa amin ng ilang oras. Masarap ang pagkain kahit sa lahat ng mga gawa. Pero, dahil nagising kami nang maaga, marami sa amin ay nakaramdam ng tulog. Dahil doon binigyan kami ng oras upang mag tulog. Pero pagkatapos doon, naging maayos ako noon. At pagkatapos ang apoy ng bono naghanda kami para sa pagtulog. masakit talaga ang aking likod dahil mahirap ang sahig at hindi ko na tumulog ng maayos. Pero ginawa ko na matulog kahit sakit ang likod ko.

At noong ikalawang araw, nagsimula kami na maglumalakaw. At pagkatapos doon naghanda kami ang aming agahan.           Dahil marami talaga ang nakita sa isang tao sa iba. Kung ano ang nakita nila sayo, yon ang alam nila sayo. At kahit hindi siya alam sa dahilan kung bakit ganito ka, nanghuhusga sila sayo. Alam natin din kung ano ang ginawa natin sa isang tao yon ang lamang ang nanghuhusga nila sa iyo. Hindi talaga tama kung ano ang ginawa ng isang tao sa atin na masama nanghuhusga natin siya.

           Dahil nagsaktan tayo, at magsaktan natin sila sa mga masamang salita na binigay natin. Dapat alam natin kung ano talaga ang nagdadaanan nila sa buhay. Hindi tayo lamang manghuhusga sa mga ginawa sa isang tao sa atin. Lalo na kung ang emosyon mo narandaman sa ginawa niya ay isa sa mga dahilan. Hindi ito ang tamang paraan ng isipan sa mga tao.

            Dahil dito, dapat tayo alamin ang mga dahilan kung bakit ganito sila para maiwasan ang masamang isip natin. pasensyahin natin sila, kung ikaw ay nanghuhusga sa tao yon. At para maayos tayo sa mga tao.
