10 Ways in taking care of the reproductive system and organs


1. Take a shower regularly every day.

2. Have a check up if symptoms of illnesses occurs.
  
3. Keep your body away from areas infected with germs.

4. Do not smoke.

5. Change clothes everyday especially when sweaty.
   
6. Drink lots of water daily.

7. Always be sure to eat healthy.

8. Have a regular daily exercise.

9. Do not take antibiotics without the prescription of doctor.

10. Always take the time to rest everyday.
