My CAT Survival Camp Experience

 

Sa panahon ng kamping ng CAT, nakaranas ako ng maraming bagay. mula sa simula ng isang maagang umaga, nakarating kami sa aming paaralan at handa na upang harapin ang 2 araw na kamping. Sinimulan namin ang pag-aayos sa aming mga bagay sa aming silid. Pagkatapos ng isang oras mayroon kaming isang pagsasalita mula hindi iba si ms.A habang ibinahagi niya ang kanyang sariling kahulugan sa salitang kampo. Pati na rin ang pagbabahagi ng kanyang mga karanasan.

      Matapos ang kanyang mga komento, nagsimula kami sa isang mahirap na hamon sa paghahanap ng aming naka-sign na kulay na bandana at bandila ng aming koponan. Tumagal ng ilang oras upang mahanap namin mga ito. Sobra ang pinagpawisan ko. Ngunit ang matigas na araw ay hindi titigil doon. Kailangan din naming magluluto ng aming tanghalian, na gumugol sa amin ng ilang oras. Masarap ang pagkain kahit sa lahat ng mga gawa. Pero, dahil nagising kami nang maaga, marami sa amin ay nakaramdam ng tulog. Dahil doon binigyan kami ng oras upang mag tulog. At lamang upang makita na isa sa aming mga kumander ay kumuha ng litrato sa akin na natutulog na humantong kina Rosos at Huber na mag-photobomb dito at sumali sa saya.

      Pero hindi natapos ang kasiyahan doon. Mayroong 8 mga laro na na-set sa hapon.      At sumigaw ko ang lahat ng mga sakit at pagdurusa ko, na bukas ang lahat ng iyon. At dahil dito nagpapagaling ang puso ko. Pero ang mga paghihirap nakitungo ko ay hindi maaaring mawala. Pero pagkatapos doon, naging maayos ako noon. At pagkatapos ang apoy ng bono naghanda kami para sa pagtulog. masakit talaga ang aking likod dahil mahirap ang sahig at hindi ko na tumulog ng maayos. Pero ginawa ko na matulog kahit sakit ang likod ko.

At noong ikalawang araw, nagsimula kami na maglumalakaw. At pagkatapos doon naghanda kami ang aming agahan. Meron din kami isa pang laro na gumawa at pagkatapos doon, naglilinis kami sa aming naka-sign na lugar. Pero ako ang naka pumili sa aming lugar. At nakuha ko ang comfort room. Pero kahit hindi namin talaga gusto ginawa din namin yon. At pagkatapos sa lahat, naging "Best Team" ang aming platoon.

Dahil dito, natutunan ko na dapat ko talaga maging maayos sa lahat ng mga members ko. Kahit sino paman sila dapat ako sumalita kung ano ang na isip ko. Para maging maayos kami. At lalona sa pagtiwala sa isat-isa sa lahat ng mga bagay. Ito ay isa sa mga bagay na masaya ko makaranasan. At hindi ko makalimutan.

5. Change clothes everyday especially when sweaty.

8. Have a regular daily exercise.

9. Do not take antibiotics without the prescription of doctor.

          Dahil marami talaga ang nakita sa isang tao sa iba. Kung ano ang nakita nila sayo, yon ang alam nila sayo. At kahit hindi siya alam sa dahilan kung bakit ganito ka, nanghuhusga sila sayo. Alam natin din kung ano ang ginawa natin sa isang tao yon ang lamang ang nanghuhusga nila sa iyo. Hindi talaga tama kung ano ang ginawa ng isang tao sa atin na masama nanghuhusga natin siya.

           Dahil nagsaktan tayo, at magsaktan natin sila sa mga masamang salita na binigay natin. Dapat alam natin kung ano talaga ang nagdadaanan nila sa buhay. Hindi tayo lamang manghuhusga sa mga ginawa sa isang tao sa atin. Lalo na kung ang emosyon mo narandaman sa ginawa niya ay isa sa mga dahilan. Hindi ito ang tamang paraan ng isipan sa mga tao.

            Dahil dito, dapat tayo alamin ang mga dahilan kung bakit ganito sila para maiwasan ang masamang isip natin. pasensyahin natin sila, kung ikaw ay nanghuhusga sa tao yon. At para maayos tayo sa mga tao.

I can relate to it. Because we all have decisions that we move on directly. Or answering our questions in life immediately. Without even giving it that much thought. Its like making decisions straight forward and not regretting it cause of not thinking well. Cause you just answered it because you must. Not having to think about why you made that answer. As well as not making it full heartedly. You made that decision but you never done it or show it to anyone.

To me, this quote is so happy for me. But in the same time sad. Cause it shows that a person must know the person more. Not judging on what they see outside that person, or myself. Thus this is one of the things to better understand someone. Because time can also be an illusion. When you feel like you are interested to know someone better you would wish that time will stop. but it never does. And we all want to do things fast. However we all realize that everything we do takes time. And that the time we spent each day are the memorable moments in our life. That is why must always take time to see more within.

I have been this person for a long time. Hiding the person inside. By putting a mask upon my face. But soon I begin realize that I can no longer hide myself anymore. Just by the presence of one person. willing to take the time to know me more. I was able to open the person inside. Cause during those times I thought to myself that I was a waste of time to my classmates. But I have seen that it doesn't matter rather it is a waste or not. Cause there are still those who wish to see me for the person inside.

The quotation speaks about the world being a fast paced planet. Where everyone are hesitant. And just doesn't take the time to see a person from the inside. But with the will to ask a person to see who I really am inside. and never worrying about the time. They can truly understand you more. Just like I said before that the time we have are moments that must be remembered. And if you take the time to see the person inside me or anyone you can truly say that you have understand me or that person fully.

This quotation can be applied to everyone everyday. As we meet someone or something new and want to know more about him, her, or it. We must take our time to understand them. Never be hasty to take the time. Even though time it self may pass by so fast. It is truly the right way to know that person or thing inside more. Cause you can never call it a waste of time. When you yourself has given a clearer understanding about them. And was able to see what is inside.

I have reflected that, the quote has told me that in order to know the person more. we must take our time to see the person inside. Don't ever be too quick to say that you know that person. When you haven't taken the time to see the person for who he/she is underneath that person. Cause the true version of that person isn't reflected outside the mask or box. But the person inside is that person's true self. Thus we can never judge the person outside. But take the time to see that person inside. And you will see the truth behind it all. And you can surely say that you have understand that person full heartedly. Therefore, never be afraid to take time. And you can truly see me inside.

Incidents In Mythology Reaction Essay

Judgement of Paris:

For me, if being able to have something that helps me. This is something that I would do to live happily. And to have it be a person is something to really think about.

But in this situation, it is choosing among three incredible women as your lover. This is rather somewhat difficult cause you have to choose one and all of them are beautiful. However, Paris chose Aphrodite. Although she proclaims to bestow Helene as his wife. Thus leading to the Trojan War. But above all, it is important to know the traits and characteristics of the women. But most importantly they're understanding towards people and you being able to understand yourself when you're with her. Meaning it is meaningless if the person you pick does not love you for a reason. But what is the reason? Is that they must love you for who you really are, and if you show your true self is being selfish then that will not happen.

Thus this incident means choosing a women beautiful woman to be your partner, starts by seeing her true self and her incited knowledge of the world. As well showing who you really are as a person to one another helps you understand more about each other. Thus picking the right person for your wife to love and care about.

Japanese Creation:

In this creation story, two deities Izanami and Izanagi were asked by the god who sent them to form a land out of the water. After forming this land the two decided to get married as a result Izanami gave birth to many gods and deities. Further into the story, Izanagi performed a ritual of purification to cleanse the bad curse on him thus these created the three main gods, Amaterasu-omi-Kami, goddess of the sun, Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto, goddess of the moon, and Susanoo-no-Mikoto, god of the sea and storms. Thus the three were called "The Three Precious Children".

With this, I have understood a lot about god's creation and that about Japan's beliefs. Because they believed that keeping the surroundings clean was a sign of praising their gods as they believed that gods are living all around. This really makes me love Japan more, as it is definitely a wonderful place to visit. Thus it is amazing that so many gods were born. Very fascinating, and complex to know all the god's names.

Iliad:

In book 11 of the Iliad, one day Zeus rained blood upon the Achaean line. Thus filling them in panic, and suffered a massacre. During the late afternoon, Hector led an assault on a part of the Achaean line, but the Greeks were able to hold him off.  However, they went into a panic when they saw the healer Machaon receive wounds from Paris's hands. But when Patroclus persuaded Achilles to rejoin the battle, his terrifying aura was feared. Thus the battle shifted.

This shows the great use of strategy and knowledge, as Zeus rains his blood upon the Achaeans knowing it will fear them. Also amid need, Achilles' aura was so terrifying that the Trojans retreated. This has given us insight. That with wisdom and knowledge, we can change the course of conflict.

Odyssey:

During his 10-year struggle to return home to Ithaca after the Trojan War, Odysseus battled mythical creatures and gods. This is due to Odysseus wanting to prove his identity to the suitors who have mocked him. His wife Penelope and son Telemachus have waited for his return along with the suitors. Thus proving himself Odysseus slaughtered the suitors as proof of his win in the contest and reclaimed the throne of Ithaca.

This shows Odysseus' perseverance and will to continue on this path to prove and to find his place in the world. Thus revealing his identity to the suitors to where he belongs. Who had doubted him? As well we can do the same as he did, as long as we have perseverance and the will to strive for what we aim for we can truly see who we really are, and our role in life. But most importantly understanding and opening up to our real self.

Trojan War Argumentative Essay

From what I have understood, the story had a complex way of choosing what was right. Paris chose to pick the feeling of love and not the strength and logic they possess. This teaches us that we must trust our knowledge and wisdom at times, and not just our feelings. Cause in truth, being able to think and analyze the situation before choosing. And this can always solve a problem more than any other.

This was a Greek story that goes back a long time ago by Homer. As it said in the Wikipedia. However, it is not really stated if it is true or not. Many archeologists have researched if it is real or not. Thus the German archeologist Heinrich Schliemann discovered a sitting on where it might have happened. And was called "Hisarik". However, it is not yet sure if it is real. And up until now they still search every area in Greece to find out if it is true. But as it is shown it is truly seen as a genuinely real story.

Therefore I conclude, that it is always right to use your wisdom of knowledge rather than your feelings. As it stands Paris and Helen had fallen in love with one another. But they chose their love blindly not thinking about what might happen. This is a true definition of love is blind. And as logic can comprehend anything.

TROJAN WAR SUMMARY

AND LEARNINGS

In the war, we learn how to adapt to any situation. Or rather the problems we face have an answer. No matter what is the challenge it does not mean it can not be solved through logic and wisdom. Cause anything can be solved in any way. As long as we put our mind to it our knowledge can really help us in terms of what we come across in our life.

It is tough to know if the war really happened or not. But what I know is that it is based on religion. In Greek Mythology, and began when the Greeks went to war with the people of Troy. Thus for nine years, the Greeks had ravaged the surrounding cities and countryside. Thus in the end the war constituted the main part of the Iliad of Homer.

Thus I conclude that conflicts always have a solution. It can't be solved by force. But through wisdom and knowledge of a person. Being able to solve a conflict without the need to fight is amazing and the right thing. That is also why there are politicians, who solve the problems of the people not by fighting. but by their knowledge to make the right solution.
